Hugging this character: Yes but he will react in a hostile manner, even shove the person away. Although he has a really short list of exceptions to this rule.
Kissing this character: No, unless it's on his cheek or forehead? Either way he's going to react just as negatively to being hugged.
Flirting with this character: Yes but he will react rather negatively to this as well, assuming your character is trying to get something out of him.
Fighting with this character: Yes - given how he had to rough it out on the streets most likely he can brawl with his own fists, but will also use his Pokemon to battle too.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Yes
Killing this character: Yes but only in memes and maybe any PSLs.
